Use Torch responsibly and in accordance with Discord’s Terms of Service.
Do not misuse the bot for harmful or malicious purposes.
Ensure that your server complies with Roblox’s rules and guidelines, As well as discord’s Guidelines.
Torch should enhance the Roblox experience for your community.
Keep your API Key secure. Do not share it publicly.
Torch’s security modules are designed to protect your server; do not attempt to bypass or abuse them.
We reserve the rights to terminate, revoke your access to our services at any time without any prior notice or warning.
This can happen if you do not follow our Terms and services. If you do get terminated, you aren’t exempt from paying already made charges to you.
If you are under the age of 13, you are not allowed to use any of our services and can get terminated.
This app is not to be used for any purposes that break guidelines of Discord or ER:LC’s guidelines.
Our services can not be used to “raid” ER:LC servers or similar, this includes using/spamming commands like “:kick all” or multiple “:m’s” repeatedly.
You are not to spread any misinformation of the app.
You are not to cause any harm using this app/services.

You agree that Torch shall not be liable for any damages/harm, indirectly or directly to any other sites linked/connected to Torch.
Torch has no control over these third-party sites and therefore is not responsible for them.
You agree that our services are guaranteed to not always be safe, bug-free or do its functions without any disruption.
Torch’s liability for any kind of problems caused by these is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Not under any circumstances we will be liable to you for any loss of profits, revenue, data, information even if we have been advised of such possibility of damages.
Torch’s Ownership reserves the right to modify, edit or delete any of the sections inside of these Terms of Service or/and any of our sites/documents. Torch will/may tell inform users of these changes.
If a user does not follow these terms appropiately, the use of the service will be terminated.
